SLFI started online teaching from March 2020 as a Covid 19 response using the Google platform. The programmes include the Diploma and Certificate programmes that the SLFI was carrying out prior to the pandemic and new Diploma and Certificate courses.

Webinar were co-hosted by SLFI to emphasize post Covid 19 Development Initiatives. The SLFI collaborated with International Organisation for Knowledge Management( TKIIM),, International Association for Social Science and Humanities (IASSH), World Disability and Rehabilitation Professionals Association (WORPRA), International Association for advancement of Science, Children and Youth Conference and International Society for Research on Children and Youth (ISRCY), to deliver the programmes..
